Gene conservation
 
This option generates for all genes of genomes with several genomic elements or for all genes of individual genomic elements or for user-defined gene lists a table with the following information on all other genomes included in the data set: [best bidirectional hit / annotated gene (no 'putative' or 'hypothetical' in the description) / synteny group member].
 
+ stands for YES and - for NO.
 
For example +/-/+ means that a gene described as 'hypothetical' or 'putative' has a BBH in the counterpart genome and is also a synteny group member.
